Who we are

What we collect
Contact form and chat: your name, email, phone and message.
Studio clients: the details of your sessions — dates, bookings, payments, notes, and the files we share with you — and anything you send us through your session page, such as requests and feedback.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting collects basic technical information such as IP address and browser type. With your consent, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel collects usage and device data for marketing measurement.
Alive Apps (apps.alive.onl)
Signing in: your email address, used to send you a one-time sign-in link and code. There are no passwords. Your email is also how we identify your account and, if needed, how we contact you about it.
Trying the apps without an account: everything works, and what you make is kept only in your own browser on that device. We don't receive it. If you sign up later, it is uploaded to your new account. Feedback sent without an account is stored for us to read, with a reply address only if you add one.
Tips and news: when you sign up we tell you that we'll email you tips and what's new in Alive Apps, a few times a year, and you can untick the box right there if you'd rather not. We keep your choice and when you made it. You can turn it off in the account menu at any time, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
What you make: setlists, sheets, patches, budgets, credits and the other documents you save, plus audio files you upload as backing tracks. They are stored under your account so they follow you between devices, and are visible only to you. Feedback you send through the in-app box is stored with your email so we can follow up.
Other people's details: in THE FANS and THE PITCH you may keep names, emails and phone numbers of your own fans and contacts. That list is yours — it is stored in your account, we don't use it, contact anyone on it or share it, and the apps send nothing on your behalf. You are responsible for having those people's agreement and for removing anyone who asks.
Where it lives: accounts, documents and files are stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), the apps are hosted by Vercel, and sign-in codes are sent through Resend. These providers may process data outside Israel. Alive Apps set no marketing or analytics cookies — only the storage your browser needs to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We count visits anonymously — page, country and device type — without cookies and without keeping your IP address.
How long: as long as your account exists. You can delete any document or file yourself inside the apps, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything under it at any time using the contact details below. During the current testing period the apps are offered as-is and may change; we will notify you before any change that affects your data.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiries, prepare quotes, run the studio, improve the website, and — only with your consent — measure our marketing. In Alive Apps: to sign you in, keep what you save under your account, and read the feedback you send. Providing your details is voluntary, but without them we can't reply to you or open an account for you.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers: Supabase (our database, and sign-in for Alive Apps), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (calendar scheduling for sessions, and sharing session files through Google Drive), and Meta/Facebook (the Pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies). These providers store and process data outside Israel. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to work with you, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records (accounting records, for example). You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Cookies & consent
Essential cookies and storage keep the site working. Marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel) load only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
